Building Long-Term Business Sustainability: The Influence of Experiential Marketing on Sales Representatives’ Loyalty to Multi-Level Marketing Systems

Monitoring the satisfaction of sales representatives is a major challenge in business based on multi-level marketing systems (MLM), as high level could determine representatives’ loyalty and subsequent growth. The purposes this study are (i) to measure with various experiences they face within MLM system, (ii) identify main factors that synthetically illustrate (iii) influence intention recommend system other people interested joining business. research was survey among 412 companies use an fields activity. summarize have been identified by using exploratory factor analysis (EFA).
